About the Role

We are looking for a Management Trainee to support our team in different real estate activities. The role involves client coordination, property onboarding, pre-sales, follow-ups, requirement gathering, and occasional field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients and property owners.
- Understand and record client requirements such as location, budget, property type, and other preferences.
- Follow up with clients regarding their property requirements.
- Assist with onboarding recent properties.
- Coordinate with property owners for property-related information.




- Support the team with pre-sales activities when required.
- Attend property visits and field activities when required.
- Assist in collecting property details, photos, and other information.
- Coordinate with the internal team to complete assigned tasks.
- Handle other day-to-day real estate activities as required.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn about real estate.
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field visits when required.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
