We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager – DMS (Salesforce) to join our IT team in Bangalore and drive the product strategy, delivery and evolution of our Distributor Management System.

Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for the DMS

⁠ ⁠Drive end-to-end implementation and multi-market rollout

⁠ ⁠Own product backlog, prioritization, Agile/Scrum, UAT and release management

⁠ ⁠Partner with Sales/GT, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and implementation teams

⁠ ⁠Drive adoption, continuous improvement and business value

Requirements:





⁠ ⁠8–10+ years in Product Management / BRM / DMS / SFA

⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Heroku preferred

⁠ ⁠Experience in Agile/Scrum and end-to-end project lifecycle management

⁠ ⁠Robust stakeholder management and communication skills

⁠ ⁠DMS/SFA, secondary sales, schemes & claims experience preferred

⁠ ⁠Salesforce certification and SAP/ERP integration experience are a plus

Pay: ₹778,454.29 - ₹2,300,574.95 per year
