Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations and administration.
- Coordinate and support the sales team to achieve branch targets.
- Monitor leads, sales activities, orders, customer follow-ups, and collections.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS and branch performance reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics, HR, and other departments.
- Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and operational discipline.
- Ensure company processes, policies, and SOPs are followed.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
