ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Developing relevant study material and modifying and restructuring existing study material as per the Entrance Curriculum.

2. Conducting Subject classes – Quant Ability with strong emphasis on delivery of learning objectives and motivation of students to excel in the top entrance exam for various products of PRATHAM.

3. Ensuring above-average feedback from students and centres alike.

4. Creation of completely new mock test series for relevant Entrance examinations.

5. Recording regular Class Sessions for Online Uploads.

6. Create some YouTube segments on own Subject (Quant Ability).

7. Conducting regular sessions in schools, other educational tie-ups, and other forums addressing large gatherings of students and/or parents, providing information like “Career options after Class 12th” while effectively pitching brand PRATHAM.

8. Researching and developing learning objectives and study material for Undergraduate Entrances.

9. Analysing trends and patterns of previous year exam papers and ensuring all training modules such as in-class assignments, practice papers and full-length mock papers are in line with the ever evolving Entrance examination patterns and structures.

10. Regularly interacting with other internal team members and external faculty members to ensure consistency in imparting the curriculum.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and knowledge:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree,



preferably an MA
- Professional proficiency with the Microsoft Office package and IT literate.
- People with different educational backgrounds are also welcome who have the zeal to contribute to society by teaching and mentoring young students.

Experience:

1-3years of experience in delivering Quant Ability Classes.

- Strong hold on the subject of expertise
- Very strong eye for detail
- Problem -solving attitude and creativity
- Verbal and written communication Skills
- Ability to deliver classes across PRATHAM Centres

LOCATION: Candidate will be based at Kailash Colony, New Delhi Centre
