Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in selecting suitable courses and career programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills with the ability to understand student requirements and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Recommend appropriate courses/programs based on student needs.
- Explain course details, fees, curriculum, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate lead and student information in CRM/HRMS/ERP systems.
- Achieve assigned admission/enrolment and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth admissions.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.




- Handle objections and resolve student queries professionally.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports and update management on lead status.
- Participate in counselling sessions, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities when required.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Education Counselling, Inside Sales, EdTech, Student Counselling, or Admissions will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Comfortable working with targets and follow-up activities.
- Skilled attitude and willingness to learn.
