Experience

1-3 Years

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in Retail, Luxury Retail, Jewellery, Fashion, Lifestyle, Hospitality, or Customer-Facing Sales roles

Working Hours

- 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Weekends and Public Holidays are working days
- Weekly off as per roster

Job Overview

The Ring Expert is the primary point of contact for our customers, both in-studio and online.

You will be responsible for driving appointments, understanding customer requirements, providing expert styling and product recommendations,



and managing the complete customer journey from appointment scheduling to product delivery. The role requires strong communication skills, customer empathy, sales acumen, and an eye for design and styling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Appointment to Receipt

- Conduct customer appointments as per defined SOPs and service standards.
- Guide customers through products, services, policies, and purchase processes.
- Understand customer preferences and effectively drive appointment conversations.
- Conduct virtual consultations and convert leads into studio visits or sales closures.
- Process online orders and maintain accurate records.
- Share quotations and product recommendations with customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage studio inventory and ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain studio hygiene, ambience, and visual merchandising standards.
- Collect advance payments and generate receipts.
- Coordinate cash handling and deposits as per company guidelines.

2. Procure to Pay

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding order status and production updates.
- Share timely updates with customers and Head Office.
- Conduct quality checks upon product receipt.
- Ensure products meet customer expectations, design specifications, and quality standards before delivery.

3. Receipt to Invoice

- Handle final product deliveries and customer handovers.
- Ensure a smooth, memorable, and premium customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns and support post-purchase interactions.
- Complete invoicing and documentation processes accurately.

4. Additional Responsibilities

- Represent Rings & I at exhibitions, promotional activities, and customer engagement events.
- Conduct concept tours for customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Participate in jewellery exhibitions and brand showcases.




- Host jewellery styling consultations for diamond jewellery customers.
- Build qualified networks and represent the brand across relevant digital and offline platforms.
- Contribute to lead generation and revenue growth initiatives.
- Share customer insights and recommendations to support product strategy and innovation.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
