- Plan, manage, and monitor all project activities from start to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Monitor daily site progress and resolve project-related issues.
- Manage manpower, machinery, materials, and other project resources.
- Review project costs and control unnecessary expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular project progress reports.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Identify project risks and take corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site meetings and review project performance.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, HR, and operations teams for project requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of project activities and records.
- Support management in planning and executing new projects.
- Lead and guide the project team to achieve organizational targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil
- 10–15 years of experience in project management and execution.




- Solid knowledge of project planning, execution, and cost control.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
