Job Description

We are looking for an IPQA Officer / Executive with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing of Tablets, Capsules and Ointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform IPQA checks and in-process monitoring during manufacturing activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs and BMR/BPR requirements.
- Perform and verify line clearance before manufacturing and packing activities.
- Monitor manufacturing processes such as dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling and ointment manufacturing.
- Perform in-process checks such as weight variation, hardness, thickness, friability, disintegration, appearance and fill weight as applicable.
- Review BMR/BPR and manufacturing documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Monitor manufacturing areas, equipment and personnel for GMP compliance.




- Raise and support investigation of deviations, incidents, OOS/OOT and non-conformances.
- Assist in CAPA, Change Control and investigation activities.
- Coordinate with Production, QC and QA teams.
- Conduct routine IPQA rounds and report observations.
- Support internal audits, customer audits and regulatory inspections.

Candidate Profile

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in IPQA/QA in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
- Experience in Tablet, Capsule and Ointment manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of GMP, GDP, BMR/BPR and SOPs.
- Good documentation, communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting and shifts, if required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Baramati, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Quality control IN charge: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

- QMS Production (Required)
