**Phoenix Institute, Jodhpur** is hiring **Head Counsellor & Telecaller** to handle student/parent enquiries, counselling, lead follow-ups and admissions for IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation & Olympiad programs. Responsibilities include communicating with prospective students and parents, explaining courses, generating and following up on leads, scheduling counselling sessions, maintaining enquiry records and achieving admission targets. Candidates should have excellent communication, convincing and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in education counselling, admissions or telecalling is preferred. Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
