We are looking for a Karate & Advanced Martial Arts Instructor to join our training programme in North Guwahati.

The instructor will conduct structured martial arts training for students across different skill levels, with a focus on technical development, physical conditioning, discipline, and overall martial arts development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular Karate and advanced martial arts training sessions.
- Train students from beginner to advanced levels.
- Teach Karate techniques, Kumite, Kata, conditioning, mobility, and practical martial arts skills.
- Develop structured training plans according to student level and progression.
- Monitor student performance and development.
- Prepare students for belt grading, competitions, demonstrations, and events.
- Maintain discipline and safety during training sessions.
- Maintain attendance and basic student progress records.
- Create a positive and skilled training environment.

Requirements

- Experience in Karate or other recognised martial arts.




- Relevant martial arts qualification/certification preferred.
- Coaching or teaching experience preferred.
- Strong technical and practical understanding of martial arts.
- Good communication and student-management skills.
- Ability to work with children, teenagers, and adults.
- Disciplined, punctual, responsible, and professional approach.
- Competitive experience or recognised federation credentials will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹9,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, coaching ability, working hours, and responsibilities.

Location: North Guwahati, Assam, India
