Freelance Photographer / Videographer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Photographer / Videographer to capture high-quality event, performance and social media content. Photography students, freshers and freelancers with a good creative eye and strong technical skills are welcome to apply.

Key Skills

- Close-proximity photography & videography
- Strong handling of dim/low-light environments
- Ability to capture fast action, dance and movement
- Good understanding of lighting, lenses, framing and composition
- Colour correction, touch-ups and basic photo/video editing
- Awareness of current Instagram/Reels and social media content trends
- Ability to shoot content in appropriate vertical and horizontal formats
- Ability to produce high-resolution content suitable for large-format LED screens (approx. 30 ft) without compromising image quality

Responsibilities

- Be available for shoots as per the agreed schedule and report to the venue on time
- Be available on-site for approximately 3–4 hours
- Carry/access suitable camera, lenses, lighting and other required equipment
- Capture a good mix of photos, videos, candid moments, action shots and social-media-friendly content
- Ensure adequate coverage of key moments, people and performances as per the shoot brief
- Check lighting, exposure, focus and framing during the shoot to ensure usable output
- Take adequate backup of all footage until final delivery is confirmed
- Edit, colour-correct and touch up shortlisted photos/videos
- Organise files clearly for easy access and sharing
- Share edited content through Google Drive and high-resolution files via pen drive, where required
- Deliver final content within 24 hours of the shoot
- Share raw footage/original files
- For larger events, be able to arrange an additional photographer/videographer with prior approval
- Maintain professionalism and coordinate smoothly with the event/team in office

Preferred Background

- Photography/Videography student, fresher or freelancer
- A good portfolio is more important than years of experience
- Experience covering dance,



performances, events, nightlife or social-media content will be an advantage
- Should be comfortable working in dynamic environments where lighting and movement can change quickly

Freelance Video & Social Media Content Editor

Engagement: Freelance / Monthly Retainer
Monthly Deliverables: Approx. 10–12 Reels + 10–12 Static Posts/Carousels
Turnaround Time: Within 48 hours of receiving content and final brief

We are looking for a creative, fast and social-media-savvy Video & Content Editor who can transform raw photos and videos into engaging, trend-relevant content for social media and other digital/display platforms.

The person should have a strong understanding of dance, movement, music and fast-paced editing, along with current social media trends and content formats.

Key Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of video and photo editing software/tools
- Video editing, photo editing, colour correction and touch-ups
- Ability to create strong hooks and attention-grabbing opening frames
- Understanding of FOMO, CTAs and social-media-friendly messaging
- Ability to use clear and legible text, typography and overlays
- Ability to edit fast-paced dance, performance and event content
- Good understanding of music, beats, transitions, cuts and pacing
- Strong awareness of current Instagram/Reels and social media trends
- Ability to identify interesting moments from raw footage and convert them into engaging content
- Ability to adapt content for different formats and screen sizes — mobile, tablet, computer and large-format LED screens
- Knowledge of appropriate resolution, aspect ratios, file sizes and playable formats across different platforms
- Good visual sense for layouts, transitions, typography and overall content presentation




- Ability to work quickly and adapt edits based on feedback

Responsibilities

- Coordinate closely with the photographer/videographer and our team
- Take a clear brief and understand the concept, purpose, audience and expected look & feel
- Review raw photos/videos and identify the best content for Reels, posts and other formats
- Edit approximately 10–12 Reels per month
- Create approximately 10–12 Static Posts/Carousels per month
- Adapt content appropriately for Instagram/social media, mobile, tablet, computer and LED screens, as required
- Add suitable text overlays, hooks, FOMO/CTA messaging and other relevant creative elements
- Incorporate suitable music, transitions, effects and pacing while ensuring the content does not look over-edited
- Carry out colour correction and basic photo/video enhancements to maintain consistency and quality
- Coordinate with the photographer/videographer to ensure the right shots, formats and footage are being captured for upcoming content
- Maintain an organised repository/library of raw footage, photographs, edited content and final approved versions
- Maintain adequate backup of source and edited files
- Ensure final files are correctly named, organised and easy to retrieve
- Complete regular edits within 48 hours of receiving the footage and final brief
- Ensure that final content is technically ready to publish/play without requiring further conversion

Preferred Background

- Freelancer/editor with prior experience handling social-media-intensive clients or brands
- Portfolio demonstrating strong Reels and short-form video editing
- Experience editing dance, music, performances, nightlife, events or other fast-moving content will be strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent content requirements and quick turnaround times
- Good understanding of what makes social media content engaging, shareable and current
- A strong portfolio and creative ability will be more important than formal qualifications
