We are looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager to manage the overall operations of our pre-owned car dealership.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the complete purchase and sales process of pre-owned cars.

* Source vehicles from dealers, individual sellers and other channels.

* Evaluate vehicles and negotiate purchase prices.

* Manage showroom inventory and vehicle stock.

* Handle customer enquiries, leads, test drives and sales negotiations.

* Manage and follow up with the sales team.

* Coordinate vehicle documentation, RC transfer, insurance and other paperwork.

* Track purchases, sales, payments and outstanding balances.

* Maintain daily sales and purchase records and reports.

* Coordinate with mechanics, detailing teams and other vendors.





* Handle customer concerns and ensure smooth transactions.

* Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the showroom.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in pre-owned car sales/dealership management preferred.

* Strong knowledge of the used-car market and vehicle valuation.

* Valuable communication, negotiation and management skills.

* Ability to independently manage showroom operations.

* Target-oriented and responsible approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 3+ years preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
