Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal AI/ML Architect with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, integrating, and operationalizing enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should combine architecture leadership with hands-on technical expertise across Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, cloud platforms, MLOps/LLMOps, and enterprise AI integrations.

This role will be responsible for designing end-to-end AI solutions, developing and integrating AI components, troubleshooting production issues, supporting deployment and operationalization, and providing technical guidance to engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready architectures.
- Develop AI solutions using Python, AI/ML frameworks, APIs, and cloud services.
- Design and implement LLM, RAG, embeddings, vector search, Agentic AI, and model orchestration solutions.
- Build and operationalize capabilities for model training, deployment, inference, evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices including CI/CD, model and prompt versioning, automated testing, observability, and monitoring.
- Evaluate AI models, frameworks, platforms, and technologies based on business and technical requirements.
- Design integrations across AI services, enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud environments.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, privacy, scalability, performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Provide technical leadership through solution design, hands-on development, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring.




- Support production deployments and resolve complex technical issues related to AI/ML solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML with enterprise-scale production implementations.
- Strong hands-on Python development experience.
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI/LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with:
- RAG
- Embeddings
- Vector Databases / Vector Search
- Prompt & Context Engineering
- LLM Evaluation
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps/LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, containers, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data, data pipelines, and enterprise data platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI security, privacy, Responsible AI, and enterprise governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Agentic AI and AI Agents.
- Experience designing highly scalable enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native AI/ML services and architecture patterns.
- Experience mentoring AI/ML engineering teams and establishing technical standards.
- Experience working with enterprise AI integrations and complex production environments.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
