Hiring: Technocommercial & Billing cum Tender

Dishara BuildTech is looking for an experienced Technocommercial & Billing cum Tender professional to manage tendering, commercial evaluation, client billing, quantity verification, and project commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Tendering & Estimation

- Study tender documents, BOQ, drawings, specifications and commercial terms.
- Prepare tender estimates, rate analysis, BOQ and cost comparisons.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects and Vendors for quotations and technical inputs.
- Prepare and submit commercial and techno-commercial tender documents within timelines.
- Review tender conditions, payment terms, scope, exclusions and contractual requirements.

Billing & Commercial

- Prepare and review client RA bills, final bills and supporting documents.
- Verify quantities, measurements, work completion and billing as per BOQ/contract.
- Coordinate with Project/Site teams for measurement sheets, work records and billing certifications.
- Track billing status, submissions, certifications, deductions and collections.
- Handle variation orders, extra items, deviations and reconciliation.

Contract & Commercial Management

- Review work orders, contracts and commercial clauses.
- Maintain records of rate revisions, variations, claims and other commercial matters.




- Monitor project profitability, cost implications and commercial risks.
- Prepare MIS and periodic commercial reports for management.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of construction billing, tendering and techno-commercial activities.
- Positive understanding of BOQ, BBS, quantity take-off, rate analysis and measurements.
- Experience in handling EPC / construction / industrial projects will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, ERP/Tally or project billing software will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
Candidates with relevant experience in construction commercial/tendering functions may also be considered.

Experience : 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, EPC, industrial or infrastructure projects.
