Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, banking documentation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, EDPMS/IDPMS compliance, and experience working with Tally or ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP systems.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Manage TDS and GST reconciliation and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Reconcile purchase and sales registers with GST portal data.
- Handle EDPMS (Export Data Processing & Monitoring System) – IRM documentation and ensure export compliance as per banking norms.
- Manage IDPMS (Import Data Processing & Monitoring System) – ORM documentation and ensure import compliance as per banking norms.
- Process vendor payments and monitor customer receivables; follow up on outstanding payments.
- Manage online banking transactions, payments, and reconciliations.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.




- Assist in internal and statutory audits and support finalization of accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support MIS reporting and financial analysis for management decision-making.
- Ensure proper documentation and systematic record maintenance.
- Assist in financial reporting, compliance activities, and periodic closing of accounts.
- Handle Personal Income Tax Return (ITR) filing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com) / M. Com / CA Inter preferred.
- 2–7 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
- Experience in EDPMS/IDPMS documentation and export-import compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally and/or ERP systems.
- Good understanding of banking procedures and online payment systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

- Experience in export/import or manufacturing industry.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Experience in financial reporting and MIS preparation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
