We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Agent with a strong Leasing background to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing clients, generating leasing opportunities, conducting property visits, and successfully closing rental and leasing transactions.

Opportunity will be given to motivated freshers as well.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial leasing.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Conduct property visits and coordinate with clients, landlords, and property owners.
- Negotiate rental terms, lease conditions, and other commercial aspects.
- Manage the complete leasing cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Stay updated on local property markets, rental values, and upcoming opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and closures in the CRM.




- Achieve monthly leasing targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of the Gurugram real estate and rental market preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to independently manage leads and close deals.
- Candidates with experience in residential/commercial leasing will be preferred.
- Freshers with the zeal to learn and strong communication will be preferred as well.
