Anshika Fasteners Pvt. Ltd. manufactures high-quality steel fasteners for domestic and international customers across construction, infrastructure, energy, and other industrial sectors. Our customers include Kalpataru, L&T;, Transrail, Al-Babtain, and Eros, alongside export customers in Spain, the UK, and other countries.
As we expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented professional to take ownership of daily operational ERP entries, develop strong expertise in our ERP system, and support management through accurate reporting and business analysis.
Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to personally complete and maintain all required ERP entries for the Production, Quality, Surface Finish, and Heat Treatment teams, ensuring that transactions are accurate, complete, and updated within defined daily deadlines.
The selected candidate will work closely with department heads and shop-floor teams to collect records, verify information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that ERP data reflects actual operations.
We expect this person to become our internal ERP expert and primary point of contact for operational ERP support, with a thorough understanding of manufacturing workflows, transaction dependencies, reporting, and troubleshooting. MIS reporting and business analysis will be supporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily ERP Entry Ownership: Collect, verify, and personally enter departmental data into the ERP system. Maintain a daily checklist, follow up on missing information, and ensure that no required entries remain pending without documented reasons and escalation.
- Production Entries: Record production orders, material issues and returns, machine-wise and shift-wise output, work-in-progress movements, finished production, scrap, rejection, rework, and downtime, as applicable to the ERP workflow.
- Quality Entries: Enter incoming, in-process, and final inspection records, test results, acceptance and rejection quantities, quality holds, and approved disposition records. Ensure entries match verified QC documents and authorized decisions.
- Surface Finish Entries: Record batch-wise receipts, processing, output, transfers, rejection, rework, and material or chemical consumption for galvanizing, zinc plating, blackening, zinc flake, and other applicable finishing processes.
- Heat Treatment Entries:
Record batch and furnace loading details, input and output quantities, processing cycle information, inspection results, rejection, rework, and transfers based on verified heat treatment records.
- Data Reconciliation and Traceability: Reconcile ERP quantities with departmental records and physical movement documents. Maintain correct item codes, units of measurement, batch/lot numbers, process stages, and transaction dates to support material traceability and reliable stock visibility.
- ERP Expertise and Support: Learn all relevant ERP modules and workflows, troubleshoot routine issues, coordinate with the ERP vendor for unresolved problems, and support users across departments.
- Process Improvement and Documentation: Prepare simple ERP operating procedures, train departmental users, identify recurring errors, and improve data collection and entry processes. Process corrections and master-data changes through approved controls.
- MIS and Operational Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards covering production, quality, rejection, rework, WIP, process efficiency, pending entries, and other management KPIs.
- Business and Sales Analysis: Support management with sales trends, customer and product performance, forecasts, market insights, and operational cost analysis using reliable ERP and business data.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP operations, manufacturing MIS, production data management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience completing ERP transactions in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of production workflows, inventory movements, WIP, batch traceability, and quality records.
- Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, data validation, and reconciliation; Power Query knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to work closely with shop-floor teams and consistently complete routine daily entries.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn the ERP system thoroughly and take responsibility for data completeness and timely reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fasteners, metalworking, automotive components, or similar manufacturing industries.
- Exposure to heat treatment, surface finishing, and quality documentation.
- Experience as an ERP super-user or in ERP implementation and user training.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Python for reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 documentation and traceability requirements.

- Prompt resolution of pending entries and reconciliation differences.
- Reliable batch traceability, WIP visibility, and management reports.
- Increasing ability to resolve ERP issues independently and support other users.
