Field Sales Executive – Merchant Acquisition

Responsibilities

- Visit Kirana stores, retail shops, and local businesses to introduce the PUDO Hub Partner model.
- Explain how stores can participate as parcel pickup and delivery hubs.
- Identify and approach potential merchant/retail partners in assigned areas.
- Handle the complete onboarding process, including documentation and registration.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested merchants and convert them into active partners.
- Achieve daily and weekly merchant acquisition targets.
- Maintain basic records of leads, visits, follow-ups, and successful onboardings.
- Coordinate with the PUDO team to ensure smooth partner activation.

Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, retail sales, business development, or customer acquisition.




- Freshers with robust communication and a willingness to work in the field are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable travelling locally and visiting multiple stores every day.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp skills.
- Candidates from fintech, payments, telecom, retail, logistics, or merchant acquisition backgrounds will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.55 - ₹20,000.26 per month
