Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare architectural plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans and detailed drawings.
- Develop architectural concepts based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Prepare building permit / sanction drawings and related documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable Kerala Building Rules and local authority requirements.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist with K-SMART / eDCR-related drawings and submissions.
- Prepare area statements, parking layouts and other statutory drawings.
- Coordinate revisions based on client, consultant and authority comments.
- Work closely with engineers, consultants and other team members.
- Maintain accuracy, proper drawing standards and timely completion of assigned projects.

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualification in Architecture / Architectural Engineering / Civil Engineering with strong architectural drafting and design skills.




- Positive proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Good understanding of architectural planning and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of Kerala building regulations and permit drawings will be an advantage.
- Experience with K-SMART / eDCR will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with the project team.
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility and time-management skills.

Location: Kuruppampady, Ernakulam District
Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
