Manager- Accounting & Finance

Role Objective

Responsible for managing accounting, tax compliance, and arranging finance for business clients.

This is a multi-functional role that will gradually allow the candidate to take independent responsibility for client cases, from handling regular compliance, arranging finance and provide business consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting, bookkeeping and finalization of accounts.
- GST, TDS and Income Tax return filing and compliance.
- Handling Income Tax, GST and Statutory Audits.
- Assist with GST/Income Tax notices, audits and scrutiny cases.
- Prepare CMA Data and financial projections.
- Conducting balancesheet analysis for calculating loan eligiblity
- Discussing and getting best loan and finance deal from the market.
- On-field liasoning with credit managers / bank managers for clearing cases.

Education





- CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate preferred, with at least 1st Group cleared, OR
- B.Com / M.Com / Finance graduates with relevant practical experience.
- Candidates who are not actively pursuing further CA/CMA groups may be preferred for long-term role stability.

Requirements

- 2+ years’ experience in a CA, Accounting, Tax or Finance firm. Articleship experience may be considered.
- Good knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax and Audits.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of financial projections and credit underwriting preferred.
- Robust analytical, communication and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
