We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant with strong JavaScript development expertise to provide Application Management Support (AMS) for SAC applications.
The applications are built on SAP Analytics Cloud and contain significant customizations through SAC Analytical Applications and JavaScript-based scripting.
The resource will be responsible for:
Incident resolution
Problem management
Minor enhancements
Performance optimization
Ongoing application support
The ideal candidate should possess solid SAC analytics capabilities along with hands-on JavaScript development experience to maintain and enhance customized dashboards, reports, and application functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & AMS
Provide L2/L3 support for SAC-based analytics and reporting applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
Support production monitoring and application health checks.
Participate in Go-Live, Hypercare, and stabilization activities.
Ensure SLA adherence and timely ticket closure.
SAP Analytics Cloud Support
Support SAC Stories, Dashboards, and Analytical Applications.
Manage SAC Models, including Live and Import Models.
Support Data Actions, Calculations, and Scheduled Publications.
Handle report and dashboard enhancements.
Manage SAC security roles, teams, and authorizations.
Support transport and deployment activities across settings.
JavaScript-Based Application Enhancements
Maintain and enhance custom functionalities developed using JavaScript within SAC Analytical Applications.
Analyze and modify existing scripts used in business dashboards.
Develop and support:
Agile dashboard navigation
Custom tabs and dashboards
User interaction controls
