We are looking for a confident, polite and customer-focused Telecaller to support its sales and business development activities. The role involves contacting prospective and existing clients, following up on leads, understanding customer requirements, handling basic queries and scheduling meetings with the concerned team.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with existing and potential clients.

Maintain regular communication with leads.

Handle client queries and provide appropriate information.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned team.

Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients.

Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding further client requirements.





Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills with English fluency required.

Knowledge of Hindi and Bengali.

Good telephone etiquette and professional communication.

Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

Ability to conduct regular follow-ups.

Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Positive and customer-focused attitude.

Ambitious and target-oriented approach.
