AYS Medical Billing is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Medical Billing / Accounts Receivable (AR) / Process Associate. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day medical billing and revenue cycle management activities for U.S. healthcare clients.

Responsibilities

- Handle medical billing and healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
- Review and process claims accurately and within required timelines.
- Work on claim follow-up, payment posting, denial management, and related billing activities.
- Review claim information and identify missing or incorrect details.
- Maintain accurate records and update billing information as required.
- Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of healthcare information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and claim-related issues.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Requirements





- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in Medical Billing, AR, Healthcare RCM, or a related process.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of U.S. healthcare/medical billing is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work in the night shift.

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
