We are looking for a Billing Engineer Electrical for our ongoing projects at Alibagh, a 500 Bedded hospital, Maharashtra. The JD of the candidate should be:-

A Billing Engineer (CIVIL)in an electrical construction or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company manages financial valuations, quantity surveying, and contract billing for electrical installations, transmission lines, substation projects, or internal building electrification. Key Responsibilities

- RA Bill Preparation: Prepare and process Running Account (RA) bills for clients based on completed site work, joint measurements, and contract milestones. [1]
- Subcontractor & Vendor Billing: Verify, measure, and certify bills submitted by electrical subcontractors, labor vendors, and equipment suppliers. [1]
- Quantity Take-offs & BOQ Management: Perform quantity take-offs from approved electrical layouts, schematic drawings, and reconcile them with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). [1]
- Rate Analysis & Variations: Conduct rate analysis for extra/deviation items, prepare variation statements, and document claims for design or scope changes. [1]
- Reconciliation: Conduct periodic reconciliation of major electrical materials (such as cables, conduits, switchgears,



bus ducts, and panels) consumed versus issued. [1, 2]
- Progress Tracking & Coordination: Coordinate with project managers and site execution teams to monitor daily work progress against baseline schedules and billing targets. [1]

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. [1]
- Experience: Typically 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in site billing, quantity surveying, or project estimation within electrical contracting or MEP/EPC environments. [1, 2]
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical drawings, technical specifications, and measurement sheets. [1, 2]
- Software Proficiency: Robust command of MS Excel, AutoCAD (for measurement verification), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) or specialized billing tools. [1, 2,
