Role Overview

ETDOX is looking for a Cloud & DevOps Intern to support the deployment, automation, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based applications and infrastructure. The intern will work closely with software engineering, AI/ML, SaaS, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in deploying web applications, APIs, SaaS platforms, and AI/ML services to cloud environments.
- Work with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with Docker for containerization and application deployment.
- Assist with Kubernetes deployments and container orchestration.
- Manage basic cloud infrastructure, servers, storage, networking, and databases.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance.
- Assist with logging, alerting, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Automate repetitive infrastructure and deployment tasks.
- Work with Git/GitHub and version-control workflows.
- Assist developers with development, staging, and production environments.
- Support cloud security, access management, backups, and infrastructure best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation for deployments and infrastructure.
- Help optimize cloud resources and deployment processes.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Cloud Computing.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and command-line operations.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Basic understanding of Docker.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals: HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP, ports, and firewalls.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or Shell.




- Understanding of software deployment lifecycle.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

- AWS / Azure / GCP experience.
- Docker & Kubernetes.
- GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Nginx / Apache.
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis deployment.
- Cloud monitoring tools.
- Basic knowledge of MLOps.
- Basic understanding of cloud security and IAM.
- Experience deploying a personal project to the cloud.

Practical Work You May Handle

Cloud Deployment → Docker → CI/CD → Infrastructure → Monitoring → Automation → Security → MLOps

You may work on deploying ETDOX SaaS products, AI applications, APIs, dashboards, and client applications and maintaining their development/staging/production environments.

- Students, fresh graduates, and self-taught candidates are welcome.
- Projects are highly valued.
- Candidates should ideally have at least one cloud or DevOps project.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
