GENERAL MANAGER – AGRO-TOURISM RESORT

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the complete operations and business performance of our agro-tourism resort. The candidate will be responsible for operations, guest experience, staff management, sales, events, revenue, cost control, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily resort operations, rooms, F&B;, lawns, events, and agro-tourism activities.
- Lead, train, and manage resort staff and department heads.
- Drive room, event, wedding, corporate, and agro-tourism bookings.
- Develop sales, marketing, and business-development strategies.
- Monitor revenue, budgets, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, hygiene, safety, and property maintenance.
- Handle guest complaints and important client relationships.




- Develop new agro-tourism packages and experiences.
- Prepare monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, BBA, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of hospitality/resort experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, sales, financial, and operational skills.
- Experience in events/weddings and agro-tourism will be an advantage.
- Marathi, Hindi & English communication skills preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
