Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote cargo and logistics services.
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries regarding cargo bookings and services.
- Understand customer requirements such as origin, destination, cargo type, weight, quantity, and preferred delivery timeline.
- Explain available cargo/shipping services, procedures, and basic terms to customers.
- Provide preliminary information regarding pricing, transit time, pickup, delivery, and documentation.
- Follow up with enquiries and quotations to convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding their shipment requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for pickup, booking, documentation, and delivery-related requirements.
- Record customer details, enquiries, follow-ups, and booking status accurately.
- Update customer and lead information in CRM/software or company records.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate operational issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain a database of prospective and existing customers.




- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil & Malayalam.
- Hindi/Arabic or other languages will be an added advantage.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand and explain service information clearly.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good problem-solving and listening skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, logistics, cargo, courier, freight forwarding, or customer service will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
