Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of Admission Counsellors.
- Set daily and monthly targets for the team.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Guide counsellors on calls, follow-ups, and student counselling.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Monitor call quality and ensure proper counselling practices.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth admission processing.
- Handle escalated student/parent queries when required.
- Ensure the team follows company policies and admission processes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
