Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement hygiene and sanitation procedures across the facility.
- Monitor personal hygiene practices of employees and ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections of production, storage, kitchen, equipment, and common areas.
- Ensure effective cleaning and sanitation of equipment, utensils, floors, drains, walls, and other food-contact areas.
- Prepare and maintain cleaning schedules, checklists, and hygiene records.
- Monitor cleaning and sanitation activities and verify their effectiveness.
- Coordinate pest-control activities and follow up on corrective actions.
- Conduct hygiene and food-safety training for employees, including induction and refresher training.
- Monitor environmental hygiene, water quality, waste disposal, and sanitation practices.




- Investigate hygiene-related non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support internal, customer, regulatory, and third-party audits.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and applicable food-safety requirements.
- Maintain hygiene-related documentation, records, reports, and inspection results.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, HR, and Quality teams to resolve hygiene issues.
- Track hygiene KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
- Drive continuous improvement in hygiene standards and workplace cleanliness.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
