Job Responsibilities

- Create original apparel graphics, prints, and typography designs
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for new products
- Design graphics for T-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, activewear, and other apparel
- Create social media posts, campaign creatives, advertisements, and promotional content
- Develop mood boards, design references, and creative concepts
- Work on illustrations, typography, layouts, and brand graphics
- Collaborate with the team on new collections and product launches
- Maintain consistency across the GYMANML brand identity
- Research current fashion, streetwear, fitness, and graphic design trends
- Prepare artwork and files suitable for apparel printing and production
- Take feedback and refine designs while maintaining the original creative direction

Requirements

- 2–3+ years of skilled graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy




- Good understanding of apparel and fashion graphics
- Ability to create original concepts rather than relying only on templates
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

- Apparel / fashion graphic design
- Streetwear or activewear design
- Screen-printing and other apparel printing techniques
- Illustration and hand-drawn graphics
- Typography and custom lettering
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- AI-assisted creative tools
- Social media and digital campaign design
