Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team and handle quantity estimation, costing, billing, and commercial management for commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior project estimation and be capable of managing project quantities and costs accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for commercial interior projects.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimates from drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare project estimates, rate analysis, and cost sheets.
- Monitor project costs and ensure expenses are within the approved budget.
- Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, and work measurements.
- Check quantities executed at site and verify measurements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Designers, Procurement, and Accounts teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify quantity requirements.
- Evaluate and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
- Track material consumption, wastage, and project variations.
- Prepare variation statements and additional work estimates.
- Assist in final account preparation and project cost reconciliation.




- Maintain proper records of quantities, costs, bills, and project documentation.

Requirements

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in commercial interior projects is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, estimation, costing, and billing.
- Good understanding of interior materials, construction methods, and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation/quantity surveying software.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in commercial office interiors, retail, hospitality, showroom, and other large-scale interior projects will be preferred.
