We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with day-to-day coordination, customer communication, order processing, documentation, and sales administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, robust attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and share quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other required documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in ERP/CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales orders and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team.
- Assist sales executives and managers with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer communications and transactions.




- Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
- Support the sales team in achieving customer service and sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP/CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with sales and other internal departments.
