KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle daily inquiries from IndiaMART & TradeIndia
Respond to customer inquiries quickly through calls and WhatsApp
Make regular outbound calling and customer follow-ups
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team
Prepare and send quotations to customers
Follow up on quotations and pending orders
Handle email marketing and customer emails
Maintain customer inquiry and follow-up records in Excel/CRM
Convert online inquiries into genuine orders
Follow up with old/existing customers for repeat business
Coordinate with production,
stores and dispatch team when required
Prepare daily inquiry, calling and follow-up reports CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Female candidate preferred
Valuable communication and convincing skills
Experience with IndiaMART / TradeIndia preferred
Calling and customer follow-up experience
Basic knowledge of Email, WhatsApp & Excel
Hindi/Gujarati communication required
Basic English required
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Fresher with positive communication skills can also apply SALARY ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and performance.
