Role Overview: We’re looking for energetic and driven Inside Sales Executives who can connect with parents/schools, understand their needs, and convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up on provided leads
Explain product features & perks confidently
Understand customer needs and pitch suitable solutions
Handle objections and close sales
Maintain records in CRM
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in sales/telecalling.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Target-driven and persuasive personality
Basic computer knowledge
