ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of our digital marketing and lead-generation activities.

This is NOT just a social media posting job.

You will be responsible for generating qualified real-estate leads through Meta Ads, managing social media, testing campaigns and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and bookings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

- Plan, launch and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads
- Generate qualified leads for our real-estate business
- Manage lead-generation campaigns and landing pages/forms
- Test different audiences, creatives, offers and ad copies
- Monitor and optimise CPL and Cost Per Qualified Lead
- Analyse campaign performance and improve lead quality
- Track leads → qualified leads → site visits → bookings
- Explore Google Ads and other relevant digital channels

Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Create and manage the monthly content calendar
- Plan Reels, posts, stories and carousels
- Write captions, hooks and CTAs
- Coordinate with the Content Creator & Video Editor
- Use Canva and AI tools for content creation
- Research real-estate trends and competitor marketing
- Maintain consistent brand communication

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare weekly reports covering:

- Ad spend
- Leads generated
- CPL
- Qualified leads
- Cost per qualified lead
- Site visits generated
- Campaign-wise performance
- Best-performing creatives and audiences
- Recommendations for optimisation

HOW YOUR PERFORMANCE WILL BE MEASURED





QUALIFIED LEADS → SITE VISITS → BOOKINGS

We understand that cheap leads are not necessarily good leads.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want a hands-on marketer, not someone who only delegates work.

You should be able to:

- Create and launch Meta campaigns independently
- Analyse campaign data
- Identify poor-quality leads
- Improve CPL/CPQL
- Develop a content strategy
- Understand customer/buyer psychology
- Work closely with telecallers and sales executives
- Take ownership of marketing results

MAJOR ADVANTAGE

Candidates who have personally generated real-estate leads through Meta Ads and can show previous campaign results will be strongly preferred.

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000–₹15,000/month

Incentives will be based on measurable marketing performance.

Attapur, Hyderabad

Candidates from Attapur, Mehdipatnam, Tolichowki, Rajendranagar, Upperpally and nearby areas are preferred.
