Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Site Audit Executive to conduct site inspections and audits for construction and interior projects. The role involves checking site conditions, work progress, quality, measurements, materials, safety compliance, and adherence to approved drawings and project requirements. The candidate should be willing to travel to different project sites and coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular audits and inspections at construction and interior project sites.
- Verify site work against approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.
- Check the quality of materials, workmanship, finishing, and installation.
- Verify measurements, quantities, dimensions, and work completed at site.
- Identify deviations, defects, quality issues, and incomplete work.
- Check whether site activities are being executed as per approved plans and timelines.
- Inspect signage, branding, interior elements, fixtures, finishes, and other project-related installations where applicable.
- Verify material usage and identify material wastage or discrepancies.




- Check site safety practices and report major safety concerns to the concerned team.
- Take site photographs and maintain proper audit documentation.
- Prepare detailed site audit reports highlighting observations, deviations, and corrective actions required.
- Follow up with the project/site team regarding closure of audit observations.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct re-inspections to verify that corrective actions have been completed.
- Maintain records of site audits, inspection reports, measurements, and observations.
- Report critical issues immediately to the management.

Skills & Qualification

- Good knowledge of construction and interior site activities.
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQ, measurements, and specifications.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, installation, and workmanship.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, interiors, project execution, quality control, or site auditing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
