Role Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be analytical, results-oriented, and experienced in driving leads, conversions, and ROI through digital advertising.

Core Responsibilities:

- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
- Plan A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient ad spend and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Qualifications





- 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing monthly advertising budgets of ₹10 lakh or more.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budget allocation, campaign optimization, performance tracking, and ROI/ROAS improvement.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization.
- Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns.
