Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to lead our business development activities and drive business growth. The candidate should have experience in handling a Business Development/Sales team and should be willing to travel across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop recent client relationships.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, calls, referrals, and other channels.
- Meet potential clients, institutions, and business partners, colleges across Kerala.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
- Monitor team performance, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue targets.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports.




- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients and partners.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to support business growth.
- Travel within Kerala as required for business meetings and development activities.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Previous experience in handling or leading a Business Development/Sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.

Education: Any Bachelor's degree / MBA preferred.

Salary: Best in Industry + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
