ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a detail-oriented video operator and editor to produce ads and video sales letters using our custom AI production dashboard.

A senior operator prepares each project. You’ll generate the visuals, review and fix outputs, assemble approved clips, and complete light editing before delivery.

Selected candidates receive approximately 3–5 days of training on our workflow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Review the prepared project and understand its concept and instructions.
- Generate scene images, inspect each one, and correct issues before generating videos.
- Review every generated video clip for visual quality, audio, continuity and accuracy.
- Assemble approved clips and finish the video in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
- Watch the complete export and correct errors before submitting it for approval.
- Follow every production and review step exactly.

DAILY OUTPUT

Your target depends on the assigned format:

- Videos under 2 minutes: at least 5 completed videos per working day.
- VSLs of 5–10 minutes: at least 3 completed videos per working day.
- Mixed-format days: the senior operator will specify the required combination before work begins.

Our in-house workflow supports generating and assembling approximately 5–6 ten-minute videos per day before final polishing. Final editing is generally light and should take approximately 10–30 minutes per video, depending on length.

Quality matters as much as output. Meeting the target means delivering polished videos that meet the required quality standard.

QUALITY STANDARDS





Delivered videos must have accurate captions, correct spelling, clean audio, consistent visuals and smooth cuts.

Check every video for incorrect product details, AI artifacts, pronunciation errors, lip-sync problems and other discrepancies.

Review steps must never be skipped to meet an output target.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Working knowledge of video-editing software.
- A sharp eye for small visual, spelling and audio errors.
- The ability to review English and Hindi/Hinglish content accurately.
- Reliable delivery, organised work and careful adherence to instructions.
- Willingness to learn and follow our production workflow.

Experience with AI video tools, ecommerce ads or VSLs is helpful.

MONTHLY PAY — OUTPUT TIERS

Monthly compensation is linked to an agreed production tier and its delivery target:

- Tier 1: ₹30,000 per month — target of 30 completed and approved videos.
- Tier 2: ₹40,000 per month — target of 60 completed and approved videos.
- Tier 3: ₹50,000 per month — target of 90 completed and approved videos.
- Tier 4: ₹60,000 per month — target of 120 completed and approved videos.

Your tier will be agreed before work begins. Delivering a few videos above your tier’s target does not automatically move you to the next pay tier. Higher-tier pay requires an agreed tier change and fulfilment of that tier’s output and quality requirements.
