ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Accountant with solid working experience in Busy accounting software to

manage day-to-day accounts, GST compliance, inventory records, project-wise expenses and banking for the

company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting in Busy Software

Record all transactions in Busy: sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal, debit/credit notes and contract entries.

Maintain ledgers, masters (parties, items, groups) and voucher series accurately.

Generate GST-compliant tax invoices, e-invoices (IRN) and e-way bills through Busy.

Prepare trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet and other MIS reports from Busy.

Inventory & Project Accounting

Maintain stock of surveillance, ELV, PA/VA and networking items (cameras, NVRs, cables, switches, etc.) with batch/serial tracking where required.

Track material issued to project sites and reconcile site stock periodically.

Maintain project / cost-centre wise accounts, including site supervisor cash advances and expense settlements.

Track AMC billing schedules and ensure timely invoicing.

Taxation & Compliance

Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile input tax credit with GSTR-2A/2B.

Deduct and deposit TDS; assist with TDS returns and Form 16A issuance.

Coordinate with the CA for audit, income tax return filing and statutory compliance.

Banking, Receivables & Payables

Daily bank entries and monthly bank reconciliation statements.





Follow up on customer outstanding, prepare ageing reports and send payment reminders.

Manage vendor payments, ledger confirmations and reconciliations.

Prepare stock statements, book-debt statements and other documents required by the bank for working capital /CC limits.

Office & Records

Maintain petty cash, expense vouchers and supporting documents in order.

Support payroll records, PF/ESI data where applicable, and keep files ready for audit.

Take regular backups of Busy data and maintain data security.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

BCom / M.Com (CA Inter or equivalent is an advantage).

2-5 years of hands-on experience in Busy accounting software (mandatory).

Good working knowledge of GST, e-invoicing, e-way bill and TDS.

Experience with inventory accounting, preferably in trading / electronics / project-based businesses.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and basic MS Word / email.

Accuracy, integrity, and ability to meet monthly and statutory deadlines.

PREFERRED

Knowledge of Tally in addition to Busy.

Experience handling bank documentation for CC / working capital limits.

Experience in a company dealing with CCTV, electrical, IT hardware or system integration projects.

Valuable communication in Hindi and English.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
