Mikan is looking for a Structural Steel Detailer with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our India office. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of structural steel drawings, detailing practices, and connection standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate structural steel fabrication and erection drawings.
- Read and interpret structural engineering drawings and specifications.
- Detail steel members and connections in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and colleagues to resolve drawing queries.
- Check and revise drawings to maintain accuracy and quality.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in structural steel detailing.
- Good knowledge of drawing conventions and steel connection standards.
- Proficiency in structural detailing or CAD software.




- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: High school completion, a diploma, or a degree in any discipline.
- Valuable imagination and spatial visualisation skills, with the ability to understand drawings and visualise structures and connections in 3D.
