Hiring: MIS & Accounts Operations Coordinator
Location: Ideal colony, Kothrud, Pune
Experience: 24 Years
Salary: 18,000 22,000 / month (based on experience)
Qualification: B.Com / BBA / M.Com or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational trackers.
- Handle routine accounting entries, billing support, and ledger maintenance in Tally.
- Maintain organised physical and digital records of invoices, payments, and operational data.
- Follow up across departments (Sales, Ops, and Procurement) to resolve pending tasks and data gaps.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS).
- Working knowledge of Tally and core accounting principles.
- High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and systematic documentation skills.
- Explicit communication with proactive follow-up and independent working ability.
