We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who is comfortable working on Shopify and can independently handle the day-to-day management of our online store.

A major part of the role will be uploading and maintaining products on Shopify. This includes adding product images, descriptions, prices, SKUs, variants, sizes, colours, inventory and other product details. Accuracy is significant because we work with a large and growing product catalogue.

You will also handle online orders, keep track of order status and coordinate with our store/dispatch team to make sure orders are processed correctly and on time.

What you’ll be doing

- Upload and update products on Shopify
- Manage product images, descriptions, prices, SKUs, variants and inventory
- Organise products into the correct collections and categories
- Handle incoming online orders and coordinate fulfilment and dispatch

- Keep track of cancellations, returns and order-related issues
- Work with Excel/Google Sheets for product and inventory data
- Regularly check the website for incorrect or missing product information

Who we’re looking for

You should have at least 2 years of hands-on Shopify experience and be comfortable managing products and orders without needing constant supervision.

Experience in home textiles, home furnishings, apparel or fashion e-commerce would be preferred, as you’ll already understand products involving colours, sizes, designs and multiple variants.

You should be organised, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and, most importantly, careful with product data and details.

Salary: ₹3,50,000–₹4,00,000 per year, depending on experience.

Candidates living in Gurugram or nearby areas who can comfortably commute to Sector 59 will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
