AC TECHNICIAN

Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹23,000–₹27,000 per month, based on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of AC ,electrical and utility systems at an institutional facility.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in facility maintenance, utilities, building services and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of AC&R;, electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Maintain air-conditioning systems, HVAC equipment, pumps, motors and other utility equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime by following preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor equipment condition and report abnormalities promptly.
- Maintain daily maintenance records and service reports.
- Follow all safety procedures, site rules and maintenance standards.

Eligibility

- Qualification:



ITI / Diploma in AC& R or Electrical or Mechanical
- Experience: 2–5 years in facility maintenance or a similar role
- Hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC/AC and utility equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment faults independently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Gross Salary: ₹25,000–₹27,000 per month, based on experience and skills
- PF & ESI as per applicable statutory norms
