Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for experienced Network Marketing / Direct Sales professionals with a proven ability to build, manage, and grow large sales teams.

Network Marketing experience is highly preferred. Candidates with both Network Marketing experience and Crypto/Web3 knowledge will be given solid preference.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in Network Marketing / Direct Selling
- Experience building and managing large sales teams
- Strong recruitment, training, and leadership skills
- Existing sales/networking contacts or distribution network is an advantage
- Knowledge of Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, or Web3 is highly desirable
- Previous experience in Crypto, Fintech, or Digital Technology projects is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong target-oriented leadership ability
- Ability to expand business operations across a state

Key Responsibilities





- Build and manage the state-level sales organization
- Recruit and develop Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives
- Train, motivate, and support the sales team
- Develop and execute state-level sales strategies
- Conduct regular team meetings and training programs
- Monitor team performance and achieve approved business targets
- Expand the company's market presence across the state
- Maintain professional and compliant sales practices

Compensation

₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month + Performance Incentives

Salary and incentives will depend on experience, responsibilities, and performance.
