About the Role :-

We are looking for an enthusiastic Community & User Engagement Intern to help build and engage the user community around Lokchat. The intern will focus on user communication, onboarding support, feedback collection, community activities, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in onboarding and engaging new Lokchat users.
- Interact with users and understand their feedback and requirements.
- Collect, organize, and document user feedback.
- Identify common user concerns and communicate them to the relevant team. Assist in creating community engagement activities.
- Support user awareness and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor community interactions and engagement.
- Help develop ideas to improve user participation and retention. Maintain user feedback and engagement records.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams

Requirements :-

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management,



Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with different people. Valuable listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Ability to organize feedback and information systematically.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned activities.
