Field Sales Executive – Welding Electrodes

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily field visits to assigned and new market areas.
- Identify and approach new dealers, hardware shops, fabrication shops, and industrial customers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers.
- Visit potential customers, understand their requirements, and promote our welding electrodes.
- Collect orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Follow up with existing and newly acquired customers to develop long-term business relationships.
- Explore new areas and identify potential markets for business expansion.




- Coordinate with the telecalling team and follow up on leads through field visits.
- Maintain daily visit, enquiry, and order reports.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in field sales, preferably in welding electrodes, hardware, industrial products, or a related industry.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Location: Coimbatore

Pay: ₹9,100.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
