About FitAtHome

FitAtHome is a consistency-driven fitness program helping individuals build sustainable fitness habits through structured workouts, personalised diet plans, expert guidance, and live training.

We are looking for a creative and energetic Video Editor & Content Creator who can create engaging fitness and social media content from concept to final video.

The candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing video content for FitAtHome's Instagram, YouTube, advertisements, website, and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of short-form content, social media trends, video storytelling, camera handling, lighting, and professional video editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, testimonials, and fitness content.
- Plan and execute video shoots based on content requirements.
- Handle cameras, smartphones, gimbals, tripods, microphones, and basic lighting equipment.
- Capture high-quality footage, multiple angles, B-roll, and workout demonstrations.
- Edit videos with engaging hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, music, and sound effects.
- Create text animations, motion graphics, subtitles, and other visual elements.
- Perform basic colour correction and colour grading.
- Convert raw footage into engaging short-form social media content.
- Repurpose existing footage into multiple pieces of content.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and fitness teams to develop video concepts.
- Stay updated with Instagram and YouTube content trends.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve content quality, engagement, and reach.
- Maintain organised project files, footage, and other digital assets.




- Ensure all assigned videos are delivered within the required deadlines.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of camera operation and basic cinematography.
- Knowledge of lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing, music selection, and visual composition.
- Basic knowledge of colour correction and grading.
- Ability to independently manage both shooting and editing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in video editing and content creation.
- Experience creating fitness, lifestyle, educational, or promotional content is preferred.
- Experience working with social media brands, agencies, or startups is an advantage.
- A strong portfolio or showreel is required.
