About the Role

Komoka Beauty Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and technically skilled Product Designer who can translate beauty and cosmetic product concepts into compelling 2D designs, 3D product models, packaging designs, and production-ready artwork.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Maya, Blender, and Printfile/print-production artwork and should understand the practical requirements of cosmetic packaging and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities1. Product & Packaging Design

- Design and develop concepts for cosmetic and beauty products, including bottles, jars, tubes, boxes, cartons, labels, sleeves and other packaging formats.
- Create innovative and commercially viable product designs aligned with brand positioning.
- Develop packaging layouts, graphics, typography, colour schemes and visual elements.
- Convert creative concepts into production-ready designs.

2. 2D Graphic & Artwork Development

- Create high-quality artwork using Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
- Prepare labels, cartons, packaging graphics, product renders and marketing visuals.
- Develop print-ready files according to printer/vendor specifications.
- Ensure correct dimensions, bleeds, colour profiles, fonts and other technical print requirements.

3. 3D Product Modelling & Visualization

- Create 3D models and product concepts using Autodesk Maya and/or Blender.
- Develop realistic 3D representations of cosmetic packaging and products.
- Create product renders for presentations, approvals, marketing and internal visualization.




- Modify 3D models based on feedback from management, R&D; and production teams.

4. Print & Production Coordination

- Prepare final print-ready/production-ready artwork.
- Work closely with printing vendors, packaging suppliers and production teams.
- Review proofs, samples and mock-ups and make necessary corrections.
- Ensure that final designs are technically feasible for manufacturing.
- Maintain proper artwork versions and final approved files.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Purchase, Marketing and Business teams during product development.
- Understand product specifications and translate them into appropriate design solutions.
- Incorporate feedback and ensure timely completion of design projects.
- Participate in product development discussions and provide creative inputs.

Required Technical Skills

The candidate should have hands-on working experience with:

- Adobe Illustrator – Mandatory
- CorelDRAW – Mandatory
- Adobe Photoshop – Mandatory
- Autodesk Maya – Required
- Blender – Required
- Printfile / Print Production Artwork – Required
- Packaging design and pre-press knowledge
- 2D graphic design and layout
- 3D modelling and product visualization

Preferred Experience

- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG or packaging industries will be preferred.
- Experience designing cosmetic bottles, jars, tubes, cartons, labels and secondary packaging will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of printing processes,



packaging materials and finishing techniques will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's/Diploma in:

- Product Design
- Industrial Design
- Graphic Design
- Fashion/Accessory Design
- Visual Communication
- Animation/3D Design
- Fine Arts
- or a relevant design discipline.

Equivalent practical experience with a solid portfolio may also be considered.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must provide a portfolio of previous work, preferably including:

- Cosmetic/beauty packaging designs
- Product concepts
- 3D product models
- 3D renders
- Labels and carton designs
- Print-ready artwork
- Branding/graphic design projects

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
