Job Overview

Netbix Technologies is looking for a Technical Support Executive with knowledge of Web Technologies and Digital Marketing to handle client projects, provide technical guidance, conduct product and service demonstrations, and support both existing and new clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with clients, understanding their business requirements, explaining technical and digital marketing solutions, providing training, and coordinating with our internal development and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and guidance to existing and new clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Netbix products and services.
- Handle and coordinate client projects from a technical support perspective.
- Explain websites, web applications, software solutions and digital marketing services to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, service presentations and client training sessions.
- Train existing and new clients on how to use our products and services.
- Attend new client appointments and meetings to understand requirements and explain our solutions.
- Maintain regular communication and relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding project progress, requirements, feedback and support.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, SEO specialists, digital marketing executives and other internal teams.
- Identify client issues and coordinate with the relevant technical team for resolution.
- Provide basic technical troubleshooting and guidance to clients.
- Maintain proper records of client requirements, communication, project status and support requests.




- Support the business development team during technical and digital marketing discussions with prospective clients.

Web Technology Knowledge

The candidate should have knowledge of basic to intermediate web technologies, including:

- HTML & CSS
- JavaScript
- Bootstrap
- PHP / Laravel – basic understanding preferred
- React JS – basic understanding preferred
- MySQL / Database concepts
- Website and web application concepts
- Domain & hosting concepts
- APIs and basic integration concepts
- Basic website troubleshooting and debugging

Digital Marketing Knowledge

The candidate must have knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including:

- SEO – Search Engine Optimization
- Google Ads / PPC
- Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Business Profile
- Keyword research
- Website traffic and basic analytics concepts
- On-page SEO and basic technical SEO
- Digital marketing campaign concepts
- Lead generation and online marketing strategies
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics / tracking concepts

The candidate should be able to explain digital marketing services to clients in simple and understandable terms.

Client Handling & Training

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Understanding client business requirements.
- Explaining technical solutions and digital marketing services.
- Conducting online or in-person client meetings.
- Providing product demonstrations.




- Conducting training sessions for clients.
- Answering client questions and providing appropriate guidance.
- Coordinating with internal teams for client requirements.
- Maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Following up with new leads and scheduled appointments when required.

Eligibility

Freshers: Candidates with a degree/diploma or relevant knowledge in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, Digital Marketing or a related field can apply.

Experienced Candidates: Candidates with experience in technical support, web development, digital marketing, software support, customer support, client handling or IT support are welcome.
